SALES AND RETURN POLICY

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for the purchase price, (less credit card fees) provided your item is returned in the same condition as when purchased. A restocking fee may apply. Buyer responsible for cost of return shipping, packaging and insurance. Refund for purchase price minus original shipping and packaging costs will be issued to original payment source once returned item is received in original condition. Buyer responsible for insurance coverage and claims for any damage, loss or theft of merchandise that may occur during return shipment. Should you wish to return an item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt and ship the item back to us, fully insured, at your own expense within 7 days.

Items purchased locally may be returned within 7 days for store credit only. Items must be returned in original condition with a valid store receipt. For the return of larger items such as furniture, fees for pick up or delivery are the responsibility of the client.

Sherrill Canet Interiors Ltd. stands behind all our merchandise and attempts to describe each piece as accurately as possible. Measurements, unless otherwise noted, are in inches.

FREIGHT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Because some of our items require custom crating and packing, we are unable to provide standardized shipping rates for those items to our online customers. Items that require specialized shipping are handled by a select group of reputable and experienced professional shippers.

CLAIM INFORMATION

Claims for damage to furniture in transit for delivery to buyer or buyer’s customer, workroom or other agent are buyer’s responsibility; all goods should be inspected upon arrival and a claim filed with the carrier if damage has occurred in shipment.

Sherrill Canet Interiors Ltd. shall not be responsible, in any event for any damage caused to the merchandise during shipment, or in storage. Purchaser should report, in writing, such damage directly to the carrier. All claims for freight overcharge or damage to goods while in transit must be settled with the carrier.
